SBN White Elphant Prize Winner

Congratulations to Erika Rosario, Infoline. She won the SBN White Elephant prize: Two $100,000 candybars, a Payday candybar, and a coin bank. SBN's division question was "What is the general call number area for books about managing debt and building wealth? The answer is 332.02401 and 332.02402.

HR's Raffle Winner

InfoLine's Raffle Winner

Congratulations to Anthony Gullet, the winner of InfoLine's white elephant prize. We created a summer fun package containing bubbles, a big bubble wand, travel sewing kit, water bottle, soap, Scrabble Slam, Sudoku puzzle book, and more! As you can see, Kelli also donated the rock she won from A&M's raffle. Perhaps all the winners can have their picture taken with the rock.

VolunTeens--We Can't Live Without Them!

Sent to the CFD by the Friends organizer of the Summer In the Park Concert series:

Saturday we had the first of our summer concerts sponsored by FOL and presented by the Jazz Arts Group. It was a big success--almost too big--as we had to use the Main auditorium due to the weather, and the room was very, very crowded. We had the help of three Volunteens, Keith, Whitney and Justin, and they were invaluable. They helped us greet and settle the audience, kept count of the crowd and were there to troubleshoot. I'm so impressed with their maturity and initiative. Justin was especially helpful, and always so friendly.Thanks for sending these Volunteens our way.

Assisting with programs is just one activity our VolunTeens do. The most important, of course, is signing up customers for SRC. Quite honestly, though the VolunTeens do require some extra work, we couldn't live without them. If you see a VolunTeen, be sure to thank them for their help. I know they would appreciate the recognition.

A&M White elephant gift winner!

Kelli Neff is the lucky winner of the A&M white elephant gift. She won a lovely reindeer jar and a rock! She said her luck must be changing because she won a dollar in the lottery last week! Congrats to Kelli!
